PAINTING FINISHES

ELECTRICAL

  • All internal walls will be finished with 2 coats of smooth Putty, 1 coat of primer and 2 Coats
    of premium emulsion paint of ASIAN or equivalent make.
  • All external Walls will be finished with Texture, 2 coats of whether and water proof paint
    of RENOVA or equivalent make.
  • All Ceiling will be finished with 2 coats of smooth Putti;1 coat of primer and 2 premium emulsion
    pain of ASIAN or equivalent make.
  • Glass Railing for balcony and SS railing for Staircase as per the Architect Design.
  • Grill Paining with Zinc Chromite non-Corrosive primer with Enamel Paint.
